Larry Villalobos is the Intelligence chief for the Mexico DEA, headed the DEA in southern Arizona and ended his career as chief intelligence officer at the multi-agency El Paso Intelligence Center. Villalobos was involved in pursuits of major illegal drug criminals who murdered an Arizona DEA agent.
